Including Sub-Themes and Addressing Subconscious BlocksWhen designing a subliminal message script it is important to consider including sub-theme messages related to the topic chosen.

A sub-theme is any underlying issue that may be indirectly contributing to the problem because of existing subconscious blocks.

Even though it is preferable to design and create your message script statements in the best way possible, you cannot always be certain that you are entirely targeting the root of the problem.

Secondary issues pertaining to self-image, allowing change and loving oneself may be embedded in the subconscious mind of the potential listener.

Addressing Secondary Issues in a Message Script

For example, a person seeking to become fit and lose weight may possibly have one or more deeper subconscious blocks that prevent them from achieving their goal.

Sub-Themes and Secondary Issues in Message ScriptA negative experience from early childhood such as having been repeatedly told that they will always be overweight may be even carried with them into adulthood.

They may feel subconsciously that they will always be unattractive, never be able to change, no one will ever love them and have low self-esteem.

They could try many possible methods to overcome this, but each may be met with resistance by the subconscious mind unless the underlying issues or sub-themes are also addressed.

There is no certain method of determining the subconscious issues or sub-themes someone else may have, and the best strategy is to include the most important sub-issues appropriately.

These include message statements that pertain to love and forgiveness, embracing change and positive self-image.

Message Statements for Love and Forgiveness

Sub Theme Message Script Statement of Love and ForgivenessA few message statements relating to loving oneself should always be included in your message script, and preferably at the beginning.

The reason for doing this is to make the subconscious mind more receptive to the subsequent messages targeting the chosen subject.

This should also include statements of forgiveness in that it is allowable to having made mistakes in the past and permissible to let go of them. Some suggested statements that you could use are as follows:

  • I love and respect myself completely
  • I love myself more with each passing day
  • I forgive myself for my mistakes
  • I let go of my problems easily

Inserting some of these statements in your message script will not detract from helping address the target subject and will only help resolve any potential underlying issues.

Message Statements for Embracing Changes

Message Statements for Embracing ChangeAllowing oneself to change can be at times difficult, especially if the subconscious mind resists change of any type.

Adding a few statements to your message script that target this is strongly advised.

The purpose of these additional subliminal message statements is to suggest that change is allowed and embraced.

Examples of what you can and may wish to include are as follows:

  • I allow myself to change
  • It is acceptable for changes to happen in my life
  • I embrace changes in my life
  • Changes in my life are good for me

You need only consider including two or three statements in your message script that address this. These can be placed at any point in the script, but again it is suggested that you place them close to the beginning to reduce resistance from the subconscious mind to the subject messages that follow.

Message Script Statements for Positive Self-Image

Positive Images for Subliminal Message ScriptsOne of the most important sub-issues that you should address involves self-image.

Many people having the problem that your recording will target may feel less than positive about themselves.

Including message statements that help them feel accepted at the subconscious level is strongly suggested.

It will also indicate to their subconscious mind that they are worthy and render it easier for the subject messages to be received. A few statements you may wish to include are below.

  • I feel good about myself
  • I can do anything I set my mind on
  • I am worthy of success
  • I am confident in my abilities

As with the other suggested statements about love and forgiveness or embracing change, these can be placed at the beginning of the message script. Another idea is to place them randomly within the script so that occasional positive messages targeting self-image are presented.

Combining Sub-Theme Messages with the Target Subject

Addressing sub-themes in you message script may seem to be nowhere near as important as addressing the target subject.

Sub-themes and Message ScriptsHowever, they should still be included as part of your message script design.

Another important consideration is the number of sub-theme statements included in the final script.

Several statements that address each of the important sub-issues such as self-love, forgiveness, embracing change and self-image should be included.

You can choose from any of the suggested ones above, or include those of your own.

But it is important that these sub-issues not dominate the message script and act only to support underlying issues.

If your final message script contains between the suggested 60 and 70 statements then a portion of these should be focused on sub-theme issues.

Including about 10 statements for sub-issues is reasonable and represents only about 15% of the total number of statements.

If you were to add perhaps six statements at the beginning of the script and inserted a few more self-image suggestions then your message script may appear as follows:

  • I love and respect myself completely
  • I forgive myself for my mistakes
  • I let go of my problems easily
  • I allow myself to change
  • It is acceptable for changes to happen in my life
  • I embrace changes in my life
  • SUBJECT MESSAGES
  • ….
  • ….
  • I am confident in my abilities
  • SUBJECT MESSAGES
  • ….
  • ….
  • I am worthy of success in every way
  • SUBJECT MESSAGES
  • ….
  • ….
  • I feel good about myself
  • SUBJECT MESSAGES
  • ….
  • ….
  • I can do anything I set my mind on
  • SUBJECT MESSAGES
  • …

This should not be difficult to do and will help your listeners, even if they do not have underlying target issues. Remember also that your message script, whether subliminal or any other type, will be repeated several times when you create the final message audio track.

By including these sub-themes you are also providing an additional form of insurance that your recording will help achieve the desired effect.

Understanding and targeting sub-issues that may contribute to the problem that you message script addresses is important both to you as a creator and to your audience. You may even wish to create a subliminal, supraliminal or paraliminal audio recording that specifically address any of these sub-issues.

As long as you understand that underlying issues may exist in your target listener, then you should choose to include additional message statements that can help them. If you do then your recordings will only be of a higher quality and likely more appreciated by your audience.

How to Communicate with your Subconscious Mind

Communicate with the Subconscious Mind using Ideomotor ResponsesBefore using any type of subliminal method to reprogram your mind, you must be certain that your subconscious mind is in complete agreement with your conscious goals.

Ideomotor responses provide a simple and effective method of communicating with the subconscious to discover unresolved issues.

Most people are painfully conscious of what it is they desire from life and the obvious goals such as money, careers, love, health and various others, but this may still not be sufficient by itself.

There may be hidden subconscious blocks that prevent success because the subconscious mind may have been programmed not to allow certain desires to be fulfilled simply as a method of self-protection.

A person seeking wealth for example may have a subconscious belief that individuals with money are corrupt, deceitful and uncaring.

Unless the reprogramming method used (e.g. subliminal, hypnotic) addressed these subconscious issues, their affect may be minimal and all conscious goals ultimately overridden.

Subconscious Communication using Ideomotor Responses

Learning what subconscious blocks may exist is a vital and important step prior to embracing any self-help method. This means asking important questions and discovering the nature of any subconscious barriers to success.

Ideomotor Pendulum ResponsesPosing a question to the subconscious mind is similar to speaking to anyone else. You first need their attention and must ensure that they understand you.

A simple method is to use a pendulum and ideomotor responses to obtain the relevant answers.

In order to communicate with the subconscious mind it may require some time in order to train it to answer any question properly.

This principle is based on messages being relayed from your subconscious mind to your body through hand movements.

No conscious effort is required to move the hand, and it moves in response to questions properly asked. These unconscious body movements are called ideomotor responses.

How to Use a Pendulum and Ideomotor Responses

The easiest method of applying ideomotor responses is by using a simple pendulum. A small object such as a ring, crystal, stone or small weight is attached to a short piece of string. The string should be about eight or ten inches in length or roughly the distance between your hand and elbow.

Hold the loose end of the string between the thumb and first finger while resting the elbow on a flat surface such as a table. Let the pendulum dangle without consciously attempting to move it.

The pendulum can move in any of the following four directions. Vertically (up and down); horizontally (left and right); clockwise (rotating to the right) or counterclockwise (rotating to the left).

Ideomotor Pendulum MovementEach of these directions can be assigned an answer provided by your subconscious mind. The possible answers are Yes, No, I Don’t Know or I Don’t Want to Answer.

You must now ask the subconscious mind the meaning of each type of movement. Move the pendulum consciously in each of the four directions and then make it stop.

Once it almost stops moving, ask it to move in the yes direction and make note of which way it moved. You may wish to say “My subconscious will now move the pendulum in the Yes direction”. Do this for each of the remaining answers and it is not necessary to speak any words.

Watch the pendulum carefully and focus on thinking about the response that you seek. Think yes for the yes response and do the same for the other answers.
While this is performed you may find that the pendulum moves even though you didn’t ask it to.

Once you have found out which pendulum movements relate to which answers, mark them down. Your responses may have different movements than the ones shown in the diagram.

Training Your Subconscious Mind

You should now begin training your subconscious mind to answer by asking a few questions. Ask about your name, age, where you live or anything you already know the answer to.

Always phrase any question so that it can be answered with a simple yes or no. For example, “Am I four years old?” or “Do I live in North America?”

Asking questions like “What do I want?” or “What should I do?” are too general. You will most likely receive the “I Don’t Know” response.  Make your question more specific and ask for only a simple yes or no answer.

It is best that you write your questions down first, being certain to word them clearly. Keep in mind that your subconscious will take everything you say literally.  You must state exactly what it is that you want to know in order to receive the right answer.

If you keep receiving an “I Don’t Know” response to one of your questions it usually means that your question has one or more answers.  If you still receive the same response after revising your question then it probably means that your subconscious does not know the answer.

The pendulum is only one example of other forms of ideomotor responses but is probably the easiest to master. The questions that you can ask your subconscious are only limited by your need or imagination.

Understanding more about any subconscious blocks to success is important before creating or embracing any type of subliminal message recording. The best way to learn more is by asking an expert, and that would be you.
